Practice Areas and Professional Experience
Eddie is Chief Executive of AB Wolfe & Co, the debt recovery division of Matheson Ormsby Prentice.
Eddie leads an experienced team of solicitors and paralegals at AB Wolfe & Co, which advises a broad range of clients across all industry sectors on the control, management and recovery of debt. The team offers debt recovery services to suit all businesses and is known for offering practical and pragmatic advice as well as taking decisive action for clients when necessary.
Areas of business include:
- enforcement of payment rights under contracts such as banking, building, consumer loan, asset finance and property transactions through litigation, arbitration and mediation
- invoice discounting and factoring
- international and domestic enforcement of contracts and judgments
- white collar crime, including commercial fraud and money laundering
- asset tracing and recovery
Professional Experience
During his career, Eddie has worked in various international finance and leasing organisations, namely, Woodchester Investments plc, GE Money and more recently CIT.
Originally in the credit department of the head office of Woodchester Investments plc, Eddie then took up the position of Risk Director of the Italian business unit of GE Money. This was followed by a year in Denmark with GE Money, integrating the credit and collections functions of an acquired credit card operation.
Prior to joining AB Wolfe & Co, Eddie worked for CIT, where he held the role of European Collections Manager.
